Quick Start Guide

1. Power on the notebook and login with your credentials.
2. Press "Netz" on the wall panel.
3. Lower the projector screen with "Lein/ab".
4. Turn on the projector using the Epson remote.

Hybrid Conference

1. Turn on the Kandao 360 camera on with the power button on the side.
2. Remove the lens protector on the Kandao 360.
3. Start the Zoom conference.

After the presentation

1. Turn off the projector with the Epson remote. 1 .Turn off the Kandao with the power button on the side and place the lens protector back on.
2. Raise the projector screen with "Lein/auf" on the wall panel.
3. Press "Netz" on the wall panel to turn down the room system.
4. Turn off the notebook.

Troubleshooting

Q: I cannot log on to the notebook.
A: Please check whether the USB-C cable from the docking station is connected to the USB-C port on the notebook.

Q: Zoom cannot find the Kandao 360.
A: Please turn the Kandao 360 off and turn it on again.

Q: I cannot lower the projector screen.
A: Please contact IT at -444.
